Job Description

  • Develop initial communication strategy to reconcile the differences between consumers' current perceptions of the brand and the way the client wishes the brand to be perceived
  • Support the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy, so that they can develop creative ideas applicable to the media channels that will promote the idea most
  • Support the design of insight driven marketing strategies from opportunity identification through to experience definition
  • Communicate with colleagues within the agency, such as creatives and account managers, in the process of developing a campaign
  • Support to help convince clients of the value of marketing services to their business - help them define needs and potential solutions.
  • Day-to-day contact with the clients; spotting and developing significant strategic and creative opportunities for the agency, as well as influencing the quality of the briefs we get from the client
  • Carry out shared values faithfully
  • Share internal/external information, insight, knowledge ,etc.
  • Follow work process and organization operation policies
  • Accurately perform superior’s directions

Candidate should have at least 2 years of Digital agency experience as a planner and minimum 6 years of experience in marketing overall.


  • Strategic and analytic thinking capabilities
  • To show the development and findings of strategy in a logical and analytical way
  • Ability to create attractive creative messages throughout the strategy
  • To analyze and process data drawn from investigation according to a purpose
  • To properly utilize infrastructure inside and outside this company, and gather & analyze the material necessary for business operation
  • Understands tools and vehicles (e.g. advertising, fact sheets/brochures, catalogue, direct mail/email) used in marketing communication development and message design, content, format, execution of strategy and evaluation of communication effectiveness
  • Understands complex market research tools, techniques, and principles to drive deeper consumer understanding and ensure actionable learning through collaboration with Marketing Research function partners
  • To convert the derived strategy into interesting and attractive stories to effectively deliver the message
  • Shows expert skills in writing and speaking such as public speaking and presentation in order to effectively provide the knowledge as well as increase the levels of understanding and acceptance among the audiences
