Structural Design Manager

JASARA PMC, a leading company in delivering Social Infrastructure programs, is seeking a highly experienced Structural Design Manager to join our team. As a Structural Design Manager at JASARA PMC, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the structural design process for various complex projects in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet design requirements, quality standards, and adhere to timelines and budgets.

• Lead and manage the structural design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
• Oversee the development and implementation of design strategies for structural engineering projects.
• Ensure that projects are designed in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project objectives and establish design criteria.
• Review and analyze design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing any design or performance issues.
