WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING



Establishment of the cluster organization; development and implementation of a comprehensive staffing policy and change management program including related Enabling projects.
1- Assess and select NWC employees and members of the cluster team.
2- Manage HR for the cluster team employees and interact effectively with the NWC.
3- Manage HR for the ## Expert employees of the Joint Venture and ensure that all matters relating to the Experts’ presence, qualifications and replacement fully comply with the MOM contract.
4- Ensure effective management of all HR matters for cluster team, including but not limited to: remuneration, promotions, bonuses, leave authorizations and resource planning, recruitment, etc; ensure compliance with NWC HR policies.
5- Review and improve NWC training capability and facilities, both in-house and external.
6- Support the development of Suez activities in KSA.
7-Maintain good relations with NWC staff, management and local employees.
8- Define and implement the training plans for all employees, in close collaboration with the heads of other departments in line with their identified training needs and technical assistance needs
9-Responsible for related aspects of Enabling Projects and improvement of the management processes of NWC in these areas.
10-Responsible for identification and delivery of effective and necessary training/upskilling requirements for the existing staff.
11-Work closely with SUEZ Expert/Managers to identify training/upskilling required in their areas.
Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis and define the population.

13-Work closely with HQ and internal teams to identify the right experts at the right time & cost

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR



M.Sc or MBA or equivalent experience in HR.
Senior Expert with 15 years of experience in HR and at least 10 years of experience in the management of an HR department and overseas experience.
