Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Urban Planning & Landscape Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of urban planning and landscape design projects. This individual will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement urban planning and landscape design strategies
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather input and feedback on projects
- Manage the planning, design, and construction of urban development projects
- Ensure that projects comply with local zoning regulations and building codes
- Supervise a team of landscape architects, planners, and technicians
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in urban planning and landscape design
