Job Description

  • Visit and follow – up with Customers.
  • Find new Customers.
  • Prepare offers to Customers.
  • Report on Sales activities and Market situation.
  • Assist Customers in resolving problems.
  • Reporting daily activities to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Plan visits to Customers.
  • Conclude Sales and complete sales-related documentation.
  • Visit and develop new customers. 
  •  Make offers to Customers.
  • Follow-up with Customers.
  • Assist and facilitate Delivery of vehicles to Customers.
  • Submit Reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Possess all required Sales tools to conclude Sales.
  • Coordinate with After-Sales departments and workshops to ensure speedy resolution of customer-related problems.
  • Report on Market Developments and Competition.
  • Attend Exhibitions at which MB vehicles are displayed and attend others to gain Competitor information.
  • Be available for any product or sales training designed by Management.

Bachelor a or equivalent 
Proven work experience as a Van Sales Representative or similar role
Valid driver's license
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Basic computer skills
