Reports to Warehouse Senior Officer (if not available then next level).
Physical verification of materials, status labels and the related documents before dispensing.
Check Raw materials container for QC status labels, Material name, Item Code, validity/Expiry date before dispensing.
Sign on Process Operating Instruction after dispensing.
Reporting of deficiencies (if any) to the superior.
Issuing of materials and receiving of returned Raw Materials from production department. Updating of all the Documents associated with issue / return of materials.
Transfer dispensed material to the buffer or manufacturing area.
Transfer / Handling of on-line rejected materials.
Ensuring cleanliness / Safety in the area of activity.
Ensuring adherence to the concerned SOPs and GMP guidelines in the activities.
Reporting the daily-dispensed items to the warehouse supervisor.
Maintain the good housekeeping.
Receiving of RM/PM from All vendors as per Procedure.
Dispensing of RM/PM to production according to SOP.
Control over inventory physically and through SAP.
Environmental control through EMS.
Communication with relevant departments
Implement approved Procedures.
Follow cGMP
Follow Safety rules
Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or related major
Communication skills English and Arabic (Verbal and Written)
