CRM softwares are the Customer Relationship Management softwares  that covers a broad set of applications and software to help businesses manage customer data and customer interaction, access business information, automate sales, marketing and customer support and also manage employee, vendor and partner relationships. It is not only a software from one company and many varieties of CRM softwares are available in the market.

No need to buy expensive CRM solution, but it's important to find away to be on track even if by using MS office
