Does merchandising products help get higher sales than giving customer service?

Does lack of knowledge of several languages limit giving satisfactory customer service? Does a sales representative have to draw customers to a particular item so as to sale when the customer doesn't like it.

Yes merchandising products help get higher sales through magazin ,TV,and Board on the Main  centre with different language

yeah it depends on the product cuz if u own a good product with a nice presentation so u re going to get higher  sales without giving a customer service

YES. If you're into visual merchandising, products should move by itself even without somebody to personally assist the customer like in a well-known supermarket. Merchandisers are there but only few are sales staffs but still earning a great SALES.
