You have to ask yourself first why are you not happy with you job? is it related to the work enviroment, type of work or a colleague?.. Second, if it's one of the above then talk to you manager, tell him/her how can he improve your work conditions, maybe you need new challenges in you career.

If none of the above work, take a long break and think about it before taking a decision. Search for options if there are any.

Finally,  never take a decision if you are feeling angry or down..

Khawla

There is no ideal job, to be honest, and happiness must come within yourself with what you do. Unless you do not want what you do then there comes the problem. At this point, you can ask yourself if you still want to stay with your job or not. It's your choice.

It's a normal thing that when you work in a company for such a long period of time and your job becomes routinary and you becomes unhappy because it does not give any satisfaction anymore. Then again, the choice is yours, to begin with, either way, you may want to do something about it or leave it just like that.

With the current market situation, I bet you wouldn't want to leave believe me.

Think about it. The choice is always yours and It's all on you all along.
