I don't think that product with higher price is always quality product so I will go with answer C i.e. product with lower price but better after sales service as after all what a customer want in today's market? better service and due to good service by some good organisation has achieved good turn over in my past experienced company. I have see experienced also a company who served well to its customers never divert to another company, it is mostly seen customer divert to another company due to bad experience and that's why now most company pay attention behind service as to the goods.

Quality is in the eye of the beholder, just like beauty. Quality is measured as follows: - price vs. functionality and life expectancy. Some people may tend to stretch it and say: Quality is meeting expectations. Which in reality is a myth. Because everything has a price. In summary, quality of a product means "meeting minimum requirements in terms of safety and functionality for the purpose it was purchased for."

Assessing product quality involves:
1. Performance: Does it meet expectations?
2. Durability: How long does it last?
3. Materials & Craftsmanship: Quality of construction.
4. Functionality: Useful features?
5. Design: Aesthetics and detail.
6. User Experience: Is it easy to use?
7. Reliability: Consistent performance?
8. Customer Feedback: Positive reviews?
9. Warranty & Support: Good after-sales service?
10. Comparative Analysis: Compare to competitors.

* also higher price don't necessarily means high quality
