if the people leave the company and looking for anther is it because the company name,treatment..benefits ,,,etc Or the management (Boss) decisions reflected on them ?!

The main reason why people leave the company is mainly there is no staff satisfaction, program & opportunities to grow. Lack of clear guidance in promoting people, compensation to qualified people. Politics & descrimination.
