If your company want to establish a fund for employees to give them granting of special circumstances as marriage and child-bearing etc. but?

the finance of this fund will be within deduct one day per month salary beside contribution  portion from the company . would you agree ?

Hello sir,Hope you are fine... So according to your question if I think as an owner of a company than I would take it as a good idea. But As a employee I think I would deserve the best if I give my hard work to a company. Your idea is good for those who does not give their100% to your company. If you do this thing with those employees who are average or not good in their work to get the facility as a bonus ... They will get more sincere towards their work . And if you give this facility like by not deducting the salary and add those thing as a bonus of their work than the good or best employees will always try to give their best for your company.... Hope I have properly made you understand my point .... Thank you.....
