due to the mother tongue interference

Not all countries speak English in different dialects at the first place. There's a long history behind the origin of the English dialect which started from the Norman invasion of England back in the era. Today in the modern world that we live in, we people consider the English language to have two dialects- The English (people basically from London) and the AmericanWhereas the fact remains language and literature have no bounds and limits for exploration and in today's world if one asks why is English used as the most common method of communication? That's because it is universally accepted and% of the approximate world's population use it as a medium of communicating with people around the world and is estimated that by half of the world's population will be using English language. No doubt estimation always don't come handy but the impact of the language on every country of the world is a stern example to belief that it's changing the world swiftly and directly or indirectly bringing us closer together

Basically, there are two accents British and American. English is spoken differently in various countries because of mother tongue influence.

Because each area was cut off from the change of the British London accent by distance or terrain.

Scots spoke Celtic as did the Irish, America has many different regional accents. Spanish and French are similar.

German is different in the North and South and Arabic is not the same in different countries.

Thanks for the invite,

Better to answer by providing an question: Why the Arabic language is spoken in different dialect in almost each country - even Arab countries? I do not think someone will provide a perfect explanation for that; but I belives dialects relate to peoples and their localities besides relating to a language.

I would like to add,"different dialects even within a country" to your question.

Actually, it comes true almost for every language including English. According to language experts every language change its dialect after a certain distance. The distance may vary from country to country and language to language, based on certain factors; density of population, literacy rate, etc.

I'll give you the example of Australia where at certain areas dialect varies so much so that it becomes hard for many to comprehend.

Why is any language spoken in dialects? :-)

Not in always, in fact, there are2 large chunks - British and US English - they are pretty understandable
