هل من الضروري خبرة موظفين التقنية في البنك الالمام بالمحاسبة؟ وماهو الفرق بين من يدرسون المحاسبة من ثم التقنية ومن يدرسون التقنية فقط والعمل بها في مجال مصرفي او محاسبي وما هو التأثير الايجابي والسلبي لكلاهما ؟
