I am in the process of ups killing but have a limited training budget... With that in mind would you recommend Prince2 or Lean Six Sigma? Of course, in the ideal world I would do courses in both certifications but what would you suggest is the essential course? Or is there a wildcard option I haven't considered?
if you need the certification for the project of killing UPS only id suggest you go towards prince2 since lean sigma is different methodology which is not dedicated to manage projects but rather improve the processes and your business as its a continuous improvment methodolgy
