I think that PMP and Six Sigma are complementary, and i don't think we can compare between them, but i think that they are both helpful and can be perfectly combined. Six Sigma is concerned by how to solve a problem and PMP (PMBoK) shows the way to manage any effort (project) to reach a predefined objective on time and on budget.
