Which profession is more affective now days? Why?

The effectivness is not related to profession, but to your ability to acomplish goals...

Chose the profession that fits your personality and experience and KEEP WALKING... 

I agree with Ahmed. Be a professional, whatever you do. Nowadays very popular are auditing, consulting and investment banking positions (give fast track to achieve proper competencies, different skills and knowledge of many industries). IT is also offer attractive positions in programming, system administration and business intelligence. You always could choose well known positions be a doctor or lawyer (be a family doctor or neurologist with nanorobotics speciality, divorce lawyer or M&A transactions lawyer). 30-40 years ago there was an opinion that during your life, you will change your job profile 2-3 times. Now it is changed for 5-7 times.

Architecture. When you design a space you have to make it amotional, in the good sence...

in my opinion secretary is effective

well, anyprofession is affective, does not matter what it is as long as you do it right. However there are few interesting professions nowadays such as Auditing, and consulting 

Teaching is the most. Teachers shape minds, while other professions build on these minds already set by a teacher (whether a good or a bad one)

Any role that can lead to cost saving and effeciency at the same time. I remember one of my mentors saying that we should be able to utilize 1 KG of steel more better that non-professional can do with 2 KG of steel.

I would say a Scientist as we have so many diseases because of our current life styles and stresses and we need to become innovative in moving with the times - there is so much to explore and remedy but not enough people to do the research or come up with the remedial outcome.

There isnt as many people coming into health care services in all over world specially America and North America in next few years will have lots baby boomer,there wll be increasing demand in healthcare and even service industry will still be looking for people to come join these career. Supply and demand rule in effect, as there will be a high demand  for old age are and health care services but low supply as we currently do not have the staff or resources to meet this demand.

actually we cant judge , cause we have to know what is the domain of your question so if we are looking to the human beings life we will consider the medicin jobs is the most important, and if we are looking for the economic we will consider the accounting and banking is the most important , and so on.
