FRUSTRATION MAY BE A SYMPTOM OF LACKING MOTIVATION. AS A SOLUTION MANAGEMENT SHOULD EMBARK ON TEAM BUILDING AND CAPACITY BUILDING ACTIVITIES MEANT TO BOOST THE MORALE OF EMPLOYEES.
Team memebrs should be motivated via several means, awarding their efforts, issuance of performance certificates and bonuses, motivational speeches, and most important training and workshops to help their current responsibilty
