Sure as she will be facing a lot of problems that she should resolve and she will be facing also the different mood of the managers.

Executive assistants must be mature and professional enough to handle work pressure. They should be the first person to understand what the company and the managers are dealing, In this case you will be able to understand what they are going through and control your emotion towards it. 

Being mature is really necessary in all aspect and dimension when it regards to work with other people specially for demanding managers, because matured individual can manage / control their behavior to meet the harmonious relationship. Thick skin will not have a big impact on this situation.
