What is the difference between a natural born leader and a self-made leader?

There is no such thing as a self-made leader, unless an individual is born with leadership qualities there is nothing he can do to make him a leader. On the other hand, such an individual with no berth leadership qualities can be trained to be a good Manager but not a leader. Good day,

I don't think you can 'learn' to be a leader. You can learn to perform 'leader' duties effectively, but that by no means makes you a good leader. 

Leadership is a quality others bestow on you, rather than give yourself. A natural leader can effect people in a way that other managers that show leadership qualities cannot compete with.

Leaders are always born there can be no self made.The literal meaning of self made is as if you are an unwanted and self imposed leader in a group just not by your acumen but by physical presence. Leaders are one who go the way first and show the way later.

The position of responsibilties come to you as a result of hard-wpork and commitment. Not because you wish for it.

To answer this question we should first try to understand that what or whom we can call a leader or what are the set of qualities that a person possess to make him stand out as a leader. 

A leader is someone who first gains knowledge and experience in a particular field and then using this establishes a clear vision and creates a path for other to follow.

Leadership is a state of mind which is developed by gaining practical experience and knowledge. It is not something which is concieved by birth. 

A leader is someone who is moulded by situations of self experience, hardships, failures and success, struggles and sacrifices ;and we all know that these things are not concieved naturally. 

So we can say that a natural born leader is actually a self made leader and it is not possible the other way around.

A PERSON WHO IS PERIODICALLY UPDATE HIS/HER KNOWLEDGE ,GOOD LISTENER,CREATIVE MIND,GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL AND FINALLY EDUCATED  .

i dont belive in Natural born leader term , it can be used as a compliment 

leaders are crfeated by ganing experince in evbery condtion as life is a school , peole are exams what you feel after every experince you encounter thats call informations , you devlop informnations and start process them and you take actions based on each situation . leadership is like managment it shoud be always contain continuous development 

You know if you want to become a leader, you have to dedicate yourself to learning. Leadership is a learnable skills. Continuous improvement shall help you to gain the leadership skills.

these are some of the skills that leaders' have. 

there is no any born natural leader in this time . you need to work on yourself to be a good leader .

Leaders are born, thats what they say and its true in many cases, the natural leader acts with a set of rules that guides him/her in their lifes, so actions usually comes from own belifes; self made leaders are following best practices, depend on experience and have many samples of role models that they follow.
