Satisfaction of staff is base on their level of acceptance, level of understanding, level of responsiblity and level of professionalism. Even how educated a person is, if he/she don't have this basic level of etiquittes, there is no way you can satisfy him/her. A responsible person takes responsible action in whatever they do/say. If you want to be satisfied, accept the reality, be positive, be with it and deal with it.

Yes I truly believed that its not easy to be an Hr manager or just being part of it.

For me, the reaction and support you'll get from HR will depend on management culture within the organisation. No matter how efficient and effective they can be, they cannot initiate their plans if sorrounded by people who has no concern for personnel satisfaction.

Unfortunately, only less HR managers survived  defending their titles and of course, the personnel. And I truly admire them for that.

Let's not be judgemental with the way we see things are happening within your workplace. Instead, be the one of the stars who can drive the change

at the end of the day its your issue and the whole organizatiom itself.

We cannot expect a better HR Service if we push them to their limits.

Every position in an organization is critical. If you do yourself best and try to perform your job honestly, sincerely and professionally to get your own satisfaction, ultimately you get satisfaction of others as well.

Yes the position of  an HR executive is very critical. He has to have a neutral  position in all conflicts. Has to listen to both sides and give a solution that is acceptable to all. Reducing the attrition rate among the tenured staff (who may be dissatisfied due to lack of promotion avenues ) is one of the most difficult tasks faced by the HR executive.
