ASP.Net is the best programming framework which we should chose ahead.

After years of experience, I prefer:

LAMP =>

L: Linux  - operating system

A: Apache  - web server

M: MySQL  - relation database

P: PHP - A C like programming language

Beyond that, I use DRUPAL extensively for all my new projects.

as a new comer to php you have many frameworks which you can use you have :1- YII2- codeigniter3- cakephp4- laravel but for me if you ask me i would tell you choose one of those :1- laravel (my choice, and you can get a book about it )2- codeigniter ( the most problem is that they still using php5.2 and they havent update it in more than4 months )
