I'd say B..

Recurring and loyal customer is obvioulsy commited to you  for long time, and in the longer run he/she is an asset to you. He/ she is generating high revenue by using your services often, and  he/she may turn out to be answers A,C,D,E,F and G at the same time.

Coming from my experience, I can say that the Loyal to you Custemers are the best Customers one could possibly have.

I will definetely go for the one that represent the big social brand.

As in terms of business the cost of Advertisement is more or less10%. 

If we can save that then definetely the brand of the company will be present with the society who are and will be the prospective buyers or customers of the company. In such way the sales would grow dramatically.

Customer is easy to find but hard to keep. Therefore for me the customer who will always comes as what we usually called "regular customer" is valueable.

Each and every customer shouls be valuable to a company. However if we talk in terms of Marketing Management decision making  A is the answer. Marketers usually use80/20 criteria. Top20% of customer base is the most valuable and important for existance of a company/brand. Whoever is giving20% revenue is most valuable. No matter if he is generating the highest revenue or One that is most recurring & loyal or One that is an online authority with a big followers-base or promoting you & growing client-base or represents a big commercial brand or represents a big social brand or represents a government or a semi-government

I would give preference to B. One that is most recurring & loyal as they are  not just continuous  source of business but also are source of new and easy customers. A loyal and recurring customer is bound to promote you (per psychological theories) among a large group by recommendations both directly and indirectly.
