Life is not always fair: But you can be true only to yourself and stay the course even though hard work and dedication is not always rewarded.

I very much believe in this, for a very simple & personal reason: it’s proven.

Hard work and dedication has proven to me that I can dream about making the impossible, possible or visualize non-existent things in my mind and then make them happen through tedious hard work & meticulous dedication.

To me this as true as the fact that human blood will always be red; never blue! Hard work always pays off, even if the “pay-off” is not sustained for other reasons.

Very Correct. Be true to your own highest conviction and leave rest to follow sooner or later you will realise what is right will come back in a better form and false will perish.

I do not know if I believe it but I'd like to believe it. I haven't got many years of proffessional experience that I can support this belief but on the other hand, I believe that every person has only got himself/herself and his/hers capabilities. Hence, the only thing we can do is to use them the best possible way through work. And eventually if we're getting the job done and our working environment is normal then at somepoint all our efforts will be recognised. So, I'm believing it but I'm expressing a doubt that in some occasions maybe this won't happen.

I would like to answer what I have experienced :

Yes, no doubt, Hard Work & Dedication are rewardable but when ? Do we miss one thing more ?

Yes, we missed, focus & analysis, so what I meant to say is that :

Until & unless we do have strong focus & analysis, hardwork & dedcation are of not any use. So What I beilive and had been through is :

Hard work & dedication are rewardable when they are blended perfectly with strong focus & analysis.

there is no shortcut to hard work . but just hardwork wont help u to reap success .. it could only be done if hardwork  is pointed in the right direction

Yes, being true to yourself & being positive thinker is one of the greatest weapon to enjoy life, although it's always uncertain and unfair...:-)
