Is there any relation between Processor speed and archetcture and the speed of transfere data from usb 3 , firewire or any others ?

If I have dual core processor with usb3.0 and4th generation i7 with usb3.0 and I have alot of programs opened at i7 which one will transfere data faster

Yes, there is a relation between the processor speed and the architecture of the board. The architecture of the board determine the max speed the processor can run.

 

Transferring data using USB3.0 will be faster than firmware, regardless of how many open application you may have. They type of application that you have open will affect the system performance as a whole. Having e-mail open, a word document, pictures, is not as if you are streaming radio, a movie, running active virus scan. The later will add more overhead to the system performance. But USB3.0 at5Gbit/s (625 MB/s) will run faster than Firmware800 at800Mbps (100 MB/s).
