Pharmaceutical Store Manager – Tunisia (Industrial division)


Mission:


The Pharmaceutical Store Manager oversees the management and operation of a pharmaceutical storage and distribution facility, ensuring the safe and efficient storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products. This role involves adherence to strict regulatory requirements, quality control standards, and inventory management protocols specific to the pharmaceutical industry.


Facility Management:


Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical storage and distribution facility, including receiving, storing, and dispensing pharmaceutical products.


Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices, Good Storage Practices, and other relevant regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical storage and distribution.


Maintain a clean, organized, and secure facility environment to prevent contamination, tampering, or theft of pharmaceutical products.


Inventory Control:


Implement inventory management systems and procedures to track pharmaceutical stock levels, expiration dates.


Conduct regular audits and physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.


Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to replenish stock and manage inventory levels based on demand forecasts and usage patterns.


Quality Assurance:


Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity, potency, and safety of pharmaceutical products throughout the supply chain.


Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments, including temperature monitoring, product inspection, and documentation review.


Investigate and address any deviations, discrepancies, or non-conformities in pharmaceutical storage and handling practices.


Regulatory Complains:


Stay informed about changes to pharmaceutical regulations, guidelines, and industry standards, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.


Prepare and maintain documentation, records, and reports required for regulatory inspections, audits, and certifications.


Collaborate with regulatory affairs professionals and other stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.


Qualifications & Skills:


Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, supply chain management, or a related field


Previous experience in pharmaceutical storage, distribution, or logistics management, preferably in a regulated environment


Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices, Good Storage Practices, and other regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical operations


Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and record-keeping


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities.


Proficiency in inventory management software, quality management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
