Position Summary


  • Be the scientific support and the guarantor of medical information delivered to the medical profession, management of opinion leaders and learned societies, participate in the development of the medico-marketing strategy to support the business objectives of the affiliate.
  • Guarantee the best level of medical expertise for drugs and knowledge of the Pain medical field.
  • Consolidates and synthesizes information and points of view from the various medico-regulatory professions.

Principal Duties


  • Contribute to the reflection, development and implementation of the medico-marketing sales strategy of the drug(s).
  • Feeds marketing thinking with scientific and medical elements appropriate to needs, in order to optimize the promotion and management of the life cycle of the drug(s).
  • Collaboration and support to other CHC Affiliate GxP and health regulated

functions (Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical, Supply Chain, etc.) and partnership with Business Functions across the CHC Affiliate.


Major Job Functions


  • Guarantee the best level of medical expertise for drugs and knowledge of the Pain medical field.
  • Consolidates and synthesizes information and points of view from the various medico-regulatory professions.
  • Coordinate and participate in scientific monitoring and article summaries and competitive intelligence with the sales marketing teams.
  • Validates and participates in the updating of the question and answer bases and the answers to medical questions on a periodic tracking model.
    • Provide medical/scientific input into the development and execution of clinical trial or clinical research related activities, including initiation and oversight of clinical studies/clinical research within the respective therapeutic area.
    • Contribute to the reflection, development and implementation of the medico-marketing sales strategy of the drug(s).
  • Feeds marketing thinking with scientific and medical elements appropriate to needs, in order to optimize the promotion and management of the life cycle of the drug(s).
  • Ensures a medical dimension to communication about its medications.
  • Ensures the integration of elements of good use in the medico-marketing strategy and communication.
  • Ensures the validation of scientific messages from marketing campaigns.
  • Identifies the needs and opportunities for clinical studies, surveys and observatories.
  • Informs, validates, harmonizes and coordinates actions in terms of clinical studies and protocols.
  • Identifies the development opportunities for its drugs (life cycle management).
  • Facilitates the access and maintenance on the market of its drugs, in particular by participating in the setting / defense of the price / reimbursement level and by collaborating in the development of the registration and reimbursement file.
  • Contributes, in collaboration with the principal investigator to write the publication articles and abstracts of the local clinical studies relating to the dependent products.
  • Scientific Contribution in the communication on our medication
  • Actively participates in the development of campaigns from their initiation to their deployment in the field and the validation of documents or communication, training and promotion tools on its drugs and / or their environment.
  • Is responsible for the medical and scientific content of symposia and professional relations organized around the drug.
  • To be the interlocutor of local and foreign speakers invited to communicate in the symposia organized by the operational unit.
  • Validates the communication tools dedicated to regional doctors-Contribuer à la gestion des leaders d’opinion et sociétés savantes.
  • Identifies the domain's KEEs concerning its drugs.
  • Elaborates, develops and coordinates the network of experts in the therapeutic field.
  • Contribute to the training of Reps.

Responsibilities in terms of ethics and internal control:


  • Knows, applies and enforces the group's charters, codes and procedures.
  • Evaluates the risks in his area of responsibility and communicates them on time to the appropriate management level.

• Initiates, coordinates and validates the scientific component of training elements for VMs, regional doctors, etc.


Assist / Delegated Job Functions


Back up for another medical Lead among AMET region in his/ her absence.


Qualifications


  • At Least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical company with at least 2 years of customer facing role (Medical advisor/MSL/Marketing).
  • Previous Experience in clinical research or quality/compliance related function.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of Medical strategic plan in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated managerial competence as a functional medical manager.
  • Bachelor's Degree - Advanced degree highly preferred (PhD) in Medicine.
