Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business
Intelligence Specialist, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the
e-commerce or retail industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite,
particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proficiency in data analysis, data
visualization, and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Power BI, Google
Analytics, and Google Data Studio. Knowledge of additional programming
languages is a plus.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis
techniques and forecasting methods.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to
gather, interpret, and synthesize complex data from multiple sources.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data
accuracy and quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in
cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple
priorities, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from
various sources, including e-commerce platforms, market insights, marketing
campaigns, and customer behavior, to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
for sales growth and market share gain.
Develop and deliver insightful reports,
dashboards, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate
data-driven insights, KPIs, and market trends to stakeholders.
Monitor and track market share of relevant
categories, analyze performance against competitors, and provide regular
updates on market trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape
to build and optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with the E-Commerce, Procurement
and Digital Marketing teams to identify and capitalize on sales growth
opportunities, generating actionable insights and recommendations based on data
analysis.
Assist the implementation of strategies,
campaigns, and initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to
optimize sales performance and achieve E-Commerce KPIs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
related to e-commerce sales, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and
retention, identifying areas for improvement and working with relevant teams to
optimize performance.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing
campaigns and promotional activities through comprehensive data analysis.
Prepare ongoing reports and forecasts of daily,
weekly, and monthly sales figures to support Omnichannel, Controlling, Finance,
and Logistics teams.
Take on operational responsibilities such as
preparing and sharing regular reports, providing accurate sales forecasts, and
collaborating with relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.
Fulfill ad hoc data analysis and reporting
requests to support e-commerce initiatives and operational decision-making.
