Your Main Responsibilities


  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Application Support teams.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize application support delivery.
  • Manage team performance, setting goals, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team members, sharing your technical expertise and leadership skills.
  • Escalate complex issues to development teams and work collaboratively to find solutions.
  • Identify trends in support requests and proactively implement preventative measures.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement within the application support function.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry best practices.

Qualities We Are Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application support or a related technical leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead, coach, and mentor a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Good command of English
  • Ability to work from the office when necessary
  • Experience in the e-commerce or logistics industry.
  • Experience with knowledge base management tools.
