Chief Financial Officer for a Tech Scaleup

Role Overview:

We seek a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client's leadership team. As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in steering financial strategies, driving growth, and ensuring the company's long-term financial health.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial activities, including financial planning, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Utilize various approaches, including the Berkus Approach, the Cost-to-Duplicate Approach, the Future Valuation Method, the Market Multiple Approach, and the Discounted Cash Flow Method, to provide logical cash flow runway calculations, reasonable 3-5-year financial projections and smart EBITDA Burn rate, cash burn rate, CAC, LTV, MRR, and ARR calculations.
• Provide deep insight into monthly financial performance and strategic support for decision-making.
• Offer comprehensive solutions specialized in accounting in Turkey, Europe, the UK, and the USA.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financials for transparent and accurate reporting and streamline tax filing processes for timely and accurate submissions.
• Provide strategic financial advice to founders and other C-level stakeholders, guiding them in decision-making processes.
• Lead and inspire a finance team to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a fast-growing company
• Deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
• Expertise in logical cash flow runway calculation, 3-5 years of financial projections, EBITDA Burn rate, cash burn rate, CAC, LTV, MRR, ARR calculations, and economic modeling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• A track record of driving growth and achieving financial objectives
