Job Description:
Accountabilities:
- Lead communication of businesses outside the JV (Aviation, Gas and Power, Marine, Chemicals) in line with their business strategies.
- Develop energy transition stakeholder engagement plan and an integrated communication strategy.
- Execute the stakeholder engagement plan to support further growth of the business and further strengthen company reputation and visibility.
- Communicate the global developments and Shell’s progress in energy transition locally.
- Benchmark good practices internally and externally.
- Partnering with Businesses to communicate the developments and progress in energy transition.
- Develop social media communication strategy for top management and deploy.
- Monitor the output and outcome of the plan and leverage the data to assess the effectiveness of communication activities.
Key competences required- Intermediate Level:
Proven experience in reputation and risk management, content creation, stakeholder management, brand management, digital & social media management and leadership communication.
An understanding and ongoing interest of ESG issues, trends, risks & opportunities and reporting standards, metrics.
