BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for Facilities Manager.


Responsibilities


·ManufacturingResponsible for overseeingthepreventiveandpreventivemaintenanceof non-productionmachineryandinstallations in theplant.


·Prepare annualpreventiveandpreventivemaintenanceplanwithassessmentofnecessaryresourcesandmeans.


·Checkingthe causes ofmachineandplantdowntimeanddeterminingthetypesofactions to betaken.


·Supervisingtheprocessofpurchasingspareparts( mechanicalandelectrical ), approvingpreparedpurchaseordersaccording to establishedprocedures.


·Handling contractswithpossibleexternalconsultingcompanies for mechanicalandelectricalmaintenanceand training.


·Overseeingthecorrectnessofmaintaininganarchiveofworkcarried out onmachineryandinstallations.


·Overseeingthecorrectnessofthe management ofthewarehouseofspareparts.


·Cooperationwiththetechnologydepartment,productiondepartment in theevaluationofpreventiveandpreventivemaintenanceactivities ,wheninstallingnewequipment.


·Coordinatetasks for subordinatepersonnel (distributionoftasksbasedon deadlines andprogressofpreventiveandpreventivemaintenance.


·Takingcareoftheday-to-dayresolutionofhumanresourcesadministrationproblems in thesubordinate team.


·Takingcareofproper labor relationsandinformationflow in hissubordinate team.


·Planningandmonitoringtheconsumptionofelectricity, gasandwater.


·Planningandimplementationofnecessaryexternalinfrastructureworks.


·Representingthecompanybeforeexternalregulatory bodies.


·Interactingwithotherdepartments (Logistics, Production, Purchasing, HR, Finance, IT, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance) to accomplishtasks.


·Applydisciplinarysanctionsin accordancewiththe Labor Code to subordinateemployees.


·Managinghumanresources in termsofredeployment, leave, working time changes (in accordancewiththe Labor Regulationsandannexesthereto).


·Requestinghuman, financial and material resourcestothe Management.


·Requesting Management to initiatedevelopmentandcontinuousimprovementprojects.


·Requesting Management to implementordevelop management systems - motivational, informationtechnology, quality, costaccounting, etc.


·Establishingandmaintainingcontactswithexternalcompaniesandservices.


Requirements


·Universityeducation - technical


·Knowledgeof TPM principles, verygoodcommunicationandinterpersonalskills. Experience in workingwithpeopleatdifferentlevels in theorganization. Experience in managing a team. Knowledgeofmethodsof training, developmentandmotivationofemployees. ComputerskillsKnowledgeofEnglishatleastgoodlevel (free business communication). Knowledgeofpneumatics, mechanics, automationandelectronics.


·Minimumof 5 yearsofexperience in a management position in theBuildingMaintenance / Operationsdepartment.


·SEP licenseup to 15kV
