Florist

We are seeking an experienced Florist to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience working as a florist and will possess excellent artistic and design skills. This is a fast-paced, creative role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in choosing the perfect floral arrangements and offering expert advice on flower selection and care
3. Manage inventory and ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked
4. Handle flower deliveries and ensure that arrangements are delivered on time and in pristine condition
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area
6. Stay up-to-date with current floral design trends and techniques
7. Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas
8. Assist with event set-up and tear-down as needed
9. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a florist
2. Strong artistic and design skills
3. Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
