In this role, you will be responsible for the IT Hardware & Software asset management throughout Getir. This includes taking ownership of the product life cycle management of IT hardware, working closely with third party vendors and our procurement team to ensure we are getting value for money, taking ownership of software and licence renewals and standardising tools that are used across the organisation, as well as performing regular software audits to find efficiencies and savings where possible.

What You'll Be Doing


  • Define, own, deliver and continuously improve the IT Asset Management strategy for Getir, in line with business objectives
  • Design and maintain Asset Management policies, procedures and processes.
  • Create and provide standard and ad hoc reporting of software and hardware inventory, equipment inventory and other ad hoc reporting of hardware and software estates.
  • Monitor and manage software licences to ensure they comply with licence agreements and usage standards.
  • Lead an active software harvesting programme, recovering and redeploying unused licences.
  • Implement a robust asset management process for all IT Assets across the business into our ITSM processes
  • Ensure missing in action hardware devices are reported, recovered and reused across the business.
  • Schedule and execute periodic internal audits of our estate, ensuring compliance with asset entitlement and contracts.
  • Work closely with the legal, procurement and security teams when introducing new tools into the organisation, to ensure safe and compliant use of tools
  • Provide intelligence and aid in strategic decision making of new hardware and software acquisitions for the organisation.
  • Provide meaningful asset data where required for projects and technical leads.
  • Perform periodic reviews to remove outdated information and reconcile duplicate and/or expired asset records.
  • Manage the procurement and purchasing of company-approved devices and software.
  • Ensure we are getting the best price in accordance with any pre-agreed contractual rates working with our procurement team.
  • Help conduct contract negotiation, contract renewals

What You’ll Bring 


  • Previous experience in a similar IT Asset Management/software licensing role
  • Experience in developing mature ITAM processes and workflows
  • Demonstrable background knowledge within licence management and reharvesting
  • Understanding of SAS products, Google and Microsoft licensing terms and conditions.
  • Significant experience working across all aspects of the ITAM lifecycle
  • Significant working knowledge of ITSM & experience with tools such as Jira and Service Now
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Experience in benchmarking and selection process for Hardware and Software
  • Experience in creating a service catalogue for tools and software
  • ITIL qualifications are desirable
