As a member of the Design team, you will have a unique opportunity to take ownership of AppNation’s visual world, working closely alongside some of the brightest minds in the mobile app arena. Your expertise and dedication will be essential in shaping the development and success of our apps. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop captivating in-app visuals that enhance user experience and drive engagement across our current and future mobile applications
• Produce eye-catching assets tailored for optimal visibility on the App Store and Google Play Store, incorporating both dynamic video content and static elements to maximize audience appeal
• Craft compelling and dynamic app brand identities that resonate with users and elevate the overall presence of our applications in the digital sphere
• Present innovative and imaginative graphic design concepts aimed at enhancing our brand
• Generate fresh concepts for digital assets, drawing inspiration from the brand identity, product features, significant occasions, and milestones
• Craft impactful designs that consistently uphold high-quality standards across various platforms, including social media, internal presentations, and external communications
• Produce promotional materials and designs in accordance with our brand's marketing strategies, corporate identity and values, while adhering to specified themes
• Continuously review and refine existing designs to ensure they remain effective and relevant in meeting our brand's objectives

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Arts or related fields
• At least 3 years of design experience, preferably in a similar role and industry
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud 
• Extensive knowledge on typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, visual editing and vector graphic creation
• Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in fostering effective communication and collaboration
• Creative mindset and willingness to try new things

What does the recruitment process look like?

1. Application Review: We will carefully review your CV to evaluate your accomplishments and qualifications.

2. Interview: A 30-minute Google Meet interview with our People & Culture Specialist will be conducted to discuss your experience, expectations, and potential synergies. This will help us determine how we can collaborate effectively.

3. Case Study: You will be provided with a project relevant to the position, which you will complete to demonstrate your proficiency and practical knowledge.

4. Technical Meeting: A Google Meet session with our team lead will be arranged for you to engage in in-depth discussions on technical topics that align with your expertise. You will be asked specific questions to further showcase your technical skills.

5. Team Meeting: You will have an in-person meeting with the founders of AppNation, during which we will discuss your expectations and explore how you can contribute to our team. This interview will also provide an opportunity for you to gain insights into AppNation's culture and working environment.

6. Final Decision: Within a few days, we will inform you of our decision regarding your suitability for the role.
