HR Local Budget and Reporting Specialist
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Being responsible for creating, analyzing and publishing reports,
- Preparing local budget files,
- Analysing HR data in detail on employee level and central adjustments,
- Preparing monthly premium calculations for the respective departments,
- Maintaining data in SAP due to the organizational changes,
- Being responsible for following up HR department budget and prepares actual cost analysis,
- Analysing of HR data in detail on employee level and central adjustments.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering etc.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related any analytic and reporting topics.
- Profound knowledge in Reporting System
- Advanced MS Office and SAP skills
- Excellent written and conversational skills in English
- Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills
- Having ability for analytical mind, strong planning skills and understanding the value of detailed accuracy
- Good team player with strong problem-solving skills.
