Job Description

What you’ll do

Governance of Service Acceptance & Test services, including MSP relations and strategy.


Leads test initiatives aligned with VF SAT strategy and Test MSP contract, conduct analysis on technical and financial efficiency of the MSP, ensure quality goals and objectives are met by publishing status reports. Manage overall success of Transformation and Waterfall projects by providing test strategy, test plan, analysis of delivery items, environmental needs and contribute to test execution.


1. Govern test MSP and define testing metrics to improve quality, efficiency and productivity


2. Conducting quality audits and compliance checks to drive improvements and ensure quality goals and objectives are met


3. Ensure all regulations and compliancy measures are implemented and operational such as BTK, SOX, BCMS and ISO


4. Define the resourcing strategy, create RFP’s, mobilize and manage MSP resources inline with contracts


5. Monitor and analyze test vendor performance in order to assure compliance with service level agreements and continuous improvement of the service


6. Manage accounts, authorization and necessary seat plan and equipment for testers


7. Manages budget aligned with Master plan and outcome based approval for outsourced services


8. Resolve conflicts between internal and external delivery teams setting the standarts and improving the processes


9. Define Service Acceptance criterion for transformation and waterfall projects, set the test strategy, test plan and mobilize teams to deliver


10. Develop, document, and improve current quality related process and assist the Test Execution and Agile Quality teams in improving standards, templates, techniques, and metrics based on industry best practices




Who you are

Technical / Professional Expertise


• BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering or other related fields


• 5+ years related testing experience in GSM, IT systems, preferably in Digital , Fixed, Billing&Charging, Channels domain applications and systems


• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)


• Very good command of written and spoken English


• Familiarity and preferably hands on experience with: Testing Methodologies, Test Automation Technologies, Experience with E2E (multi domain) project Test Leadership


• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, and Proficiency in Software Testing aspects including test estimation, test reporting, defect management, test metrics

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines


• Problem solving, data analysis, design and testing skills, as well as a strong desire to have an impact on the department


• Ability to communicate information clearly, effectively and confidently to all levels of stakeholders and vendors.
