Bring your passion, bring your energy, and plug into a team that appreciates a simple truth: Diversity + Collaboration = Great Innovation Hitachi Energy is currently looking for the “Order Fulfillment Specialist ”, who will support the Power Grids, Distribution Transformers, Dudullu plant in the development of operation planning & supplying processes, skills and tools and lead performance improvement projects. Your responsibilities: Purchasing materials and arange transport/logistics services on behalf of the Transformer Business according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms. Initiating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures. Supporting the bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information. Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues. Identifying and qualifying new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists. Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price. Your background: More than 2 years of experience in in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, working as Buyer with electrical and/or  mechanical supplies. Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Knowledge of SAP, Office 365 applications. Fluent English (written & spoken). A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills. Customer oriented, with excellent organization and strong communication skills. Mastery in balancing stakeholders, both external and internal. A technical bachelor's degree (such as Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) would be considered a plus
