Job Description
- Support sales/technical sales activities at Copperdot for EU accounts.
- Analyse existing and new markets according to given customer segments and list potential accounts.
- Conduct first-level technical communication with PCB design and purchasing teams on behalf of customers.
- Follow up on customer creation, data management, and RFQ processes.
- Oversee the signature process.
- Handle documentation tasks such as folder creation, etc.
- CRM data management
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Economic Management, or related Science disciplines. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in sales (experience in the PCB or electronics industry is a plus).
- Ability to make independent decisions, including handling complex topics and managing escalations.
- Exceptional ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with the team and clients.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- User-centricity and an agile mindset (Build-Measure-Learn) with sense of urgency
