Job Description
- Responsibility of end-to-end recruitment processes for the non-tech roles within a high volume, fast-paced environment: sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Eager to learn and support IT recruitment process
- Being in contact with managers to ensure a full understanding of their needs and preferences of the positions
- Preparing and publishing job posts
- Managing interview schedule
- Developing and maintaining the candidate database
- Providing an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to the offer
- Take part in employee branding activities and processes
