Summary of the Role
Amadeus IT Services Turkey is the market leader in Airline Loyalty & CRM solutions as well as the leading Internet Booking Engine Provider. Highly dynamic and growing company serves over 40+ airline clients all over the world.
Loyalty Product Manager will be part of an effective best-in-class Product Manager team, responsible for articulating and managing the Amadeus Loyalty Management product from customer business requirements to user acceptance. They will strive for a consultative approach, orchestrate the best adapted solutions and portfolio, helping airline leaders succeed in their strategy.
In this role you’ll find a chance to:
Articulate product strategy and innovation ;
Follow market, industry and technology trends that transforms the distribution landscape
Define the product strategy in collaboration with the Loyalty Business Owner, Train PM, Product Marketing and R&D, in line with Amadeus Nevio Business Model
Identify, gather and use data for decision making
Foster innovation to unlock business value
Identify opportunities ;
Identify, assess, and benchmark business needs from customers / prospects aligned with the product strategy
Build the product plan/roadmap & long-term plan
Consolidate and articulate business needs into new product concepts or upgrades
Sales and Marketing ;
Provide key information on the product to Product Marketing to define the Value proposition
Contribute to the launch plan with Product Marketing, Sales and other associated teams
Share content for product documentation, sales tools and collateral.
Create standard and tailor-made presentations, and demo scripts showing product value.
Give presentations, demos and familiarization sessions to customer, or train reletad stakeholders to perform them.
Participate in the preparation of key events, guaranteeing the success of product launches and follow up.
Contribute to answering RFP/RFI for the product
Ensure customer satisfaction ;
Provide support and assistance to customer
Provide support and assistance to customer champions
Monitor product acceptance, product performance and satisfaction
Take corrective action as necessary
Agile Product Management / Epic Owner activities ;
Implement the product vision & the business value in line with the business owners, the train PM’s, the product owners & agile teams (in SAFe Framework)
Communicate to, and gain adoption by, customers & Amadeus teams on product vision, share product knowledge and ensure mutual understanding of the business
Maximize the agile team outcome: translate requirements into epics and/or user stories, prioritize them and validate their delivery
Formalize requirements (scoping) ;
Propose solutions that meet the business needs of customers whilst aligning with Amadeus product strategy.
Assess potential gaps between customer requirements and Amadeus solutions.
Write a high-level business requirement and/or document detailed requirements and epics and/or user stories.
Lead design and development using the SAFe framework ;
Work closely with Design and Development teams to define priorities and product-releasing plan for new products or product upgrades.
Participate in PI planning, Iteration Demo, System Demos & review events.
Own or review solution Epics to ensure they correspond to identified customer / market needs
About Ideal Candidate
University degree in Science, Business, Product Management, Marketing or related fields
Fluency in English
Exravert, confident on stage / presentations
Experience in Product Management/Product Marketing practices / in managing B2B Software Products or SaaS
Experience in working in an Agile environment
Experience in customer facing professional positions
Experience in Airline Industry, Airline Loyalty Programs, Airline Reservation systems , and Non-Air Loyalty Programs, in the market is a plus
