YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Coordinating SuccessFactors data to be complete and up-to-date
  • Control and tracking of SuccessFactors permission entries
  • Ensuring the control of SGK entry-exit declarations
  • Coordination of employee personal file control and KETS (e- archive) scans
  • Follow-up of job entry "PDKS" cards
  • Taking part in employee document requests, controlling and system development processes
  • System development duties in all operational processes

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in personnel affairs, payroll, SGK
  • Good team player with strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, strategic thinker, good team player, high sense of responsibility, proactive and practical thinker
  • Result-oriented and problem solver
  • Preferably, have knowledge of Meyer and SuccessFactors
