ABOUT THE TEAM
The Corporate Affairs Team at Trendyol drives impactful engagement through three key functions: Corporate Affairs, Corporate Development, and Corporate Communications. We build strong relationships with government stakeholders, advocate for commerce-friendly regulations, and amplify our influence within industry alliances. Our Corporate Communications efforts enhance brand perception through effective media management . Additionally, the Corporate Development team focuses on strategic partnerships and business restructuring. 
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Represent president office and the company among external stakeholders, events and meetings 
  • Close collaboration with cross function teams, contribute cross function projects 
  • Create annual/ quarterly tactical & executional reports for CPA teams
  • Create company presentations and documentations to be used externally 
  • Leading and supporting strategic business initiatives assigned by the management 
  • Monitoring department-level key performance metrics & team budget 
  • Closely work with the president and chief of staff during the preparetion process of internal meeting, public speeches, global partnerships
  • Designing comprehensive analyses to identify challenges and solutions with support on decision making for helping CPA teams.

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Business Administration, Economics, Political Science and International Relations or other related departments of reputable universities, preferably with a master's degree, 
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in related field
  • Excellent communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced and talented in project management and follow-up
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Turkish
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with complex data sets, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
