UABOS Turkey LN: Mechanic Ground Power

Title:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and overhauls on Diesel Generators both in all weather. Respond to generator emergencies. 
• Provide back-up power to facilities and equipment as required. Perform generator training to facility managers in English. Provide technical assistance at all levels of maintenance to include observation of operation, maintenance, and repairs on associated equipment and instrumentation.
• Maintain and update operating logs, record, and Technical Orders as required.   Comply with local and US safety standards and environmental laws. 
• Perform driver, laborer, and other related duties as directed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred:

Technical High School graduate (Electrical Technician or Electrical Engineer) and a minimum of 3 years of experience on mechanical systems.

Qualifications:

• Turkish Citizen (Required)
• Capable to speak, read, write, and understand English Language “Minimum Level II”
• Have a current driver’s license (minimum “B” Class)
• Fulfilled Turkish Military obligation (Turkish Citizenship)
• Capable of obtaining a Turkish security clearance (Turkish Citizenship)
• Technical High School graduate/two-year University Graduate (must possess diploma), Department of Electric.
