We are seeking a talented and creative Interior and Exterior Designer to join our team. As an Interior and Exterior Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional spaces for both indoor and outdoor environments. Your role will involve conceptualizing design ideas, developing plans, and overseeing the execution of projects to ensure they meet the client's specifications and aesthetic preferences.


Responsibilities:


Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.

Develop design concepts for both interior and exterior spaces, considering factors such as lighting, color schemes, materials, and spatial layout.

Create detailed sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and team members.

Select and source furniture, fixtures, and accessories that align with the overall design concept and meet the client's needs.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the seamless execution of design projects from conception to completion.

Conduct on-site visits to assess project progress, address any issues that may arise, and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and materials in interior and exterior design to incorporate innovative ideas into projects.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.

Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns, fostering their professional development and growth.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (4 years) working as an Interior and Exterior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior and exterior design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions that enhance the lives of clients.
