Job Title: 3D Visualization Artist with Motion Graphics (Architecture and Interior)

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Motion Graphic and 3D Visualization Artist to join our dynamic team within the architecture and interior design industry. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a crucial role in translating architectural concepts into captivating visual experiences through motion graphics, animations, and 3D visualizations. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our architectural presentations, marketing materials, and client engagement strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Visualization: Transform architectural concepts and designs into photo realistic 3D visualizations, showcasing interior and exterior spaces with meticulous attention to detail and realism.
   
2. Motion Graphics for Architectural Presentations: Create visually compelling motion graphics and animations to enhance architectural presentations, effectively communicating design intent and spatial relationships.
   
3. 3D Walkthrough Animations: Develop immersive 3D walkthrough animations that guide viewers through architectural spaces, highlighting key features and design elements while conveying a sense of scale and ambiance.
   
4. Collaborative Work with Architects and Designers: Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to translate design concepts into visually stunning representations, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as needed.
   
5. Post-Production and Color Correction: Apply post-production techniques and color correction skills to enhance the visual quality of architectural renderings and animations, ensuring consistency and alignment with project objectives.
   
6. Graphic Design for Architectural Marketing Materials: Apply graphic design skills to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital media assets, to showcase architectural projects and attract potential clients.
   
7. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate motion graphics and visualizations seamlessly into architectural projects, contributing your expertise to cross-functional design initiatives.
   

Additional Skills for Graphic Design:

1. Branding and Identity: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identities for architectural projects, ensuring consistency in visual communication across various marketing materials and platforms.
   
2. Print Design for Architectural Collateral: Utilize print design skills to create visually appealing collateral such as project brochures, signage, and exhibition materials, aligning with project branding and messaging.
   

Additional Skills for 3D Modeling:

1. Architectural Modeling Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in architectural modeling techniques, creating accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, and architectural elements using software such as 3ds Max or SketchUp.
   
2. Material Creation and Texturing: Apply texturing and material creation techniques to enhance the realism of architectural models, accurately representing surface finishes, materials, and lighting conditions.
   
3. Lighting and Rendering for Architectural Visualization: Utilize lighting and rendering techniques to achieve realistic lighting effects and atmospheric qualities in architectural visualizations, creating compelling visual narratives and experiences.
   

Software Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
  
• Experience with architectural modeling and visualization software, such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit.
  
• Familiarity with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Lumion or D5 is preferred.
  

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural visualization, motion graphics, graphic design, and/or 3D modeling within the architecture and interior design industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects and creative expertise.
