Job Description

  • Responsible for complete day-to-day accounting of the organization
  • Reporting to the management – Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
  • Sales Accounting/Revenue Recognition review with BDO team for stores
  • Employee Accounting other than Payroll – Advances, Deduction, full & final settlement & reconciliation
  • Vouch for process improvement and automation ideas to improve efficiencies in bookkeeping
  • Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, payroll, etc.
  • Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as requested
  • Finalization of VAT returns
  • Assisting in preparation of financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers and executives
  • Creating monthly forecasts and yearly budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs.
  • Driving & tracking cost control initiatives
  • Analyze financial information for trends and errors
  • Maintain proper reconciliations & follow up actively on receivables
  • Support in managing cash flows of the business
  • Other tasks as assigned
