Our client, a leading industrial catering company, is seeking a professional and experienced Female Banquet Manager to join their team. As the Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing banquet events according to the company's high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure all details are communicated accurately to the kitchen and service staff
• Create banquet event proposals, including menu suggestions, timelines, and pricing
• Manage banquets from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Supervise and train banquet staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the menu, service standards, and event details
• Oversee set-up and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring the venue is clean and organized
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create custom menus and special requests for clients
