Tasks and Responsibilities
Archer GRC Administration:
Align the Archer GRC platform with organizational cybersecurity policies and risk mitigation strategies by configuring, customising, and maintaining it. Create and update comprehensive documentation on Archer GRC configurations, processes, and procedures.
Technical Support:
Offer first-line support to internal users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Archer GRC and other integrated cybersecurity systems. Escalate complex issues to designated teams when necessary.
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement improvements within the Archer GRC environment to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the organization's security posture.
Incident Response:
Contribute to the investigation and resolution of cybersecurity incidents by utilizing Archer GRC for analysis and reporting.
User Training:
Develop and deliver training sessions to educate users on Archer GRC functionalities and best practices.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in implementing, managing, and providing support for the Archer GRC tool. In-depth understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001), and industry-leading practices. Strong comprehension of IT infrastructure and networking principles. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in
Arabic and English (mandatory). Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Must be a UAE resident willing to travel to KSA - Riyadh as requested by the client.
Desired Skills:
Archer Certified Professional (ACP) certification or equivalent relevant experience. Experience with other cybersecurity tools and frameworks (e.g., SIEM, SOAR). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
