Art Director

Socialize is searching for its next Art Director. We're looking for an ambitious, passionate Art Director whose hands-on approach will lead our multi-media design to even greater success.

You'll need to be oozing creativity, and understand that ideas are only as good as how they're told. You'll be a phenomenal visual communicator and be able to tell stories that are smart, on-brand, and drive business results. You'll also be comfortable with clients, and interpreting briefs - understanding their needs and able to create opportunities. clients/account team, conducting brainstorms, devising presentation approach, creating a proposal, and presenting impactful creative, aligned to a thoughtful business strategy.

You'll also have:

• the ability to stay constantly attuned to the evolving digital trends,
• the ability to integrate seamlessly with agency peers to facilitate collaboration and innovation,
• effective, articulate, and assertive communication skills.
  
• a highly adaptive/have a passion for digital media marketing & changing technology in the fast-paced industry.
